Goin' Down The Road Feelin' Bad

I forget the exact seat and row but I was dead center in first row of section 205 - outside the official taper section, which was in a really bad location.

Subject: feelin' groovy jam
If you listen at around the 11:00 min mark for a couple of minutes, before the Eyes, John and Phil roll out a china cat(1973 circa)>feelin' groovy jam. It is very distinct and you can tell when they transition into the Eyes...very interesting considering that they later broke out the Darkstar(without being chopped into verse1,verse2 later in set) which used to include the feelin' groovy jam in between verses back in '68, '69...also noting that they teased a Mind Left Body jam in between verses of this version of Darkstar...which got primal IMO. Can't beat the Phil bustout of him singing Strawberry Fields, and I like his voice on this one(Not to mention they jammed it out like on the album, unlike Q versions). I enjoy how Furthur is now but I sometimes wonder what the band would be like by now if there didn't add the backup singers(not that I am complaining. It would be the 'new Q'! This first mini east coast December 09 Tour Rocked. This show stands out but check out Asbury Park, especially night 2.

Subject: Noice!
Excellent Barry Glassberg imitation Tom!! Thanks for uploading this. I wish I could have been there to scream along with the music. I hope this gets a lot of downloads, you did a great job. how did you get the people around you to be so quiet? Some kind of mind melt??
